We are holding space for those 9% of people in the USA who experience eating disorders at some point in their lives. Living with an eating disorder can be draining due to the adverse effects on both your physical and mental health.

So this week we want to #endthestigma on eating disorders and get people the help they deserve. To learn more about eating disorders and treatments that are available check on what the National Institute of Mental Health has to say.

Monthly Support Groups

VIRTUAL & IN-PERSON

Support group with man consoling another man

Every month we offer virtual and in-person support groups for those who are seeking community in their mental health journey. Our virtual groups are via ZOOM and in-person groups are hosted at the Hoboken Public Library.

If you are interested in attending either, please register before hand. Groups are led by trained peer facilitators who cultivate a safe space for their attendees. Join us on March 7th for our next Family Support Group at the Hoboken Public Library.
